CLINICAL AND DIAGNOSTIC SIGNIFICANCE OF HYSTEROSCOPY AND IMMUNOGENETIC MARKERS IN WOMEN WITH UTERINE INFERTILITY
Аннотация
The article presents the results of a comprehensive study evaluating the diagnostic significance of hysteroscopy and immunogenetic markers in patients with uterine infertility. A total of 234 women of reproductive age were examined, including 154 patients with uterine infertility who constituted the main group and 80 women who formed the control group. All participants underwent clinical and anamnestic assessment, ultrasonographic examination, hysteroscopy, morphological evaluation, and immunogenetic testing. The study demonstrated that the use of a comprehensive diagnostic approach improves the accuracy of detecting intrauterine pathology, allows the identification of endometrial receptivity disorders, and reveals immunological mechanisms involved in implantation failure. The obtained results confirm the high diagnostic value of hysteroscopy and immunogenetic markers in the assessment of uterine infertility.
