Abstract: This article is devoted to the study of the relationship between law and morality as the most important social regulators of modern society. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of moral principles in the law-making and law-enforcement activities of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as to the issues concerning the correlation between legality and justice in contemporary society.
