THE ROLE OF THE ANDRAGOGICAL APPROACH AND THE INTERACTIVE "BINGO" METHOD IN TRAINING FUTURE RAILWAY TRANSPORT SPECIALISTS

Аннотация

The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of the andragogical approach and the “Bingo” interactive teaching method in the training of future railway specialists. The research methodology is based on pedagogical analysis, observation, comparison, and the practical application of interactive methods. The findings indicate that the “Bingo” method enhances students’ cognitive activity, increases their motivation, and facilitates the integration of theoretical knowledge with practical situations. The method contributes to the development of analytical thinking, rapid decision-making, and teamwork skills. In addition, its alignment with andragogical principles ensures active learner participation and promotes self-directed learning. It is concluded that the “Bingo” interactive method represents an effective pedagogical tool in vocational education within the railway sector, supporting the development of professional competence and improving the overall quality of the educational process.
