PSYCHOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF DEVELOPING STUDENTS' EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

This article analyzes the psychological foundations of developing emotional intelligence in students, its components, and its role in personality formation. The study examines emotional intelligence as the ability to perceive and manage one's own emotions, as well as to engage in effective communication with others. Furthermore, it describes the psychological mechanisms and methodological approaches of emotional intelligence in ensuring the social and academic success of students.
