SOCIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF THE COMPOSITION AND CONTENT OF ETHICAL STRUCTURES IN WESTERN AND EASTERN COUNTRIES

ABI

Аннотация

The purpose of this study is to analyze the theoretical foundations, historical development, and role of the concept of statism in public governance. The research employs historical-comparative, sociological, and systemic analysis methods, drawing on the works of classical thinkers, Eastern and Western scholars, as well as religious sources and historical practices. The findings indicate that statism emphasizes the expansion of the state’s role in societal affairs and serves as an important instrument for addressing social issues. While Eastern intellectual traditions tend to interpret statism as a positive factor contributing to social stability, Western scholarship often approaches it critically. The study concludes that the regulatory and social protection functions of the state are essential for ensuring societal welfare; however, their excessive expansion may lead to restrictions on individual freedoms and increased centralization of governance.
