FORMATION OF INTERDISCIPLINARY COMPETENCIES IN THE TEACHING OF NANOELECTRONICS
Аннотация
This article examines the formation of interdisciplinary competencies among students within the framework of the nanoelectronics course. Nanoelectronics is closely related to physics, chemistry, materials science, and information technology; therefore, its effective teaching requires an integrative and interactive approach. In teaching this course, it is essential to combine theoretical knowledge with practical training, virtual laboratories, and project-based learning. As a result, students develop analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork skills. These competencies, in turn, enhance their professional preparedness and equip them for future activity in modern high-technology fields.
