Synthetic Startup Labs

Introduction of Generative Artificial Intelligence is changing the way entrepreneurship is learned by facilitating simulative and immersive learning. In this chapter, the author presents the idea of Synthetic Startup Labs, an AI-based pedagogical system, which is created to mimic entrepreneurial ecosystems and aid in the process of experiential learning. Adaptive feedback systems, artificial intelligence simulations, and virtual interaction with stakeholders allow the learners to explore ideas of starting up, test business strategy and see how the market will react to them in secure online space. The conceptual framework, recent case studies, learning outcomes, and managerial implications of AI-enabled entrepreneurial training were discussed in the chapter. The results indicate the potential of Synthetic Startup Labs to improve entrepreneurial capabilities, innovation thinking, and availability to startup education and assist in the emergence of technology-based entrepreneurial ecosystems.
