Next-generation video analysis is rapidly evolving through advancements in artificial intelligence, deep learning, multimodal learning, and edge computing. Emerging trends such as real-time intelligent processing, self-supervised learning, vision-language models, and explainable AI are enabling more accurate, efficient, and reliable video understanding systems. These technologies support applications in healthcare, smart cities, autonomous systems, security, and industrial automation. This study explores future directions and challenges in developing scalable, adaptive, and trustworthy video analysis solutions for complex real-world environments.
