Аннотация

The article describes the classification of two-roll modules used in roller machines with a variable center distance of the working shafts. Six main types of two-roll modules are shown which differ from each other by the ability to move the center of rotation of the working shafts relative to the frame. A roller pair with an arcuate movement of the center of rotation of the movable working shaft is analyzed. The states of the roller pair prior to the technological process and at the runtime of the process are shown. The diagrams of a roll pair with an indication of the location of the trajectory of the center of rotation of the movable working shaft, relative to the vertical line passing through the axis of rotation of the rotary working shaft and relative to the horizontal line passing through the axis of the lever fixed to the frame are given.
