in this paper considered results of research of the elements and devices of combined control value and parameters of currents of three-phase electrical networks of power systems, methods of developing principle of modeling and construction of magnetic circuits of electromagnetic transducers of the primary current to secondary voltage. Classical single-phase transformers of current do not provide commonality of the output value during joint works with microprocessors and electronic techniques of information systems. They don't consider of the factors of magnetic flow, created by currents of the three-phase electric network of energy system.
