Components modifying methods with the using of energy technologies
Аннотация
The prerequisites for forming a special energy state of the components of metal-polymer systems and components of composite materials based on high-molecular matrices (polymer, oligomeric, combined) are considered. Dispersed particles obtained based on natural compounds of a layered, frame, chain structure and fibrous natural, synthetic and artificial semi-finished products using traditional and special technologies that ensure the formation of the morphology of the surface layer have the greatest prospects in the creation of functional composite materials and their large-scale production based on high-molecular-weight matrices with nanoscale components with an optimal level of energy activity. To ensure an effective modifying effect of a highly dispersed particle, it is necessary to impart a special energy state due to the combined action of structural-chemical, dimensional and technological factors. The choice of the prevailing factor is determined by a combination of operational, energy, economic, environmental parameters that determine the effective and appropriate industrial application following the technical specifications.
