Аннотация

Electrical conductivity of (CH) x doped with various dopants like SF 6 , C 2 H 2 , etc. which are usually not effective in increasing conductivity, is found to be enhanced by irradiation with the electron beam. These facts are tentatively ascribed either to the radiation induced complex formation, to the formation of cross-linking preserving the conjugated double bond scheme, or to the effective doping by the molecular fragments created by the decomposition of dopants by the electron beam irradiation.
