This research empirically investigates influence of tourism on employment and economic growth in case of Uzbekistan. Using time periods empirical technics, the study explores long-run and short-run connection between global tourism arrivals, employment including real GDP in Uzbekistan by using Autoregressive Distributed Lag model for the interval from 1991 to 2020. The effects attained from the studies show that there is a close connection among tourism, employment and economic rise of Uzbekistan. Furthermore, the studies show that there is one-way Granger causality flow between tourism and economic growth of Uzbekistan. The main benefit of the study is that, despite of providing robust results in small sample areas, it is no need to a priori information about the integration belongings of the variables. Moreover, growing number of international tourists will thus give a positive influence on Uzbekistan's economy and employment. Our investigations suggest that Uzbekistan can strengthen its economic prosperity by strategically supporting its tourism sector in the country.
