Аннотация

Abstract Bioassay-guided fractionation of the ethyl acetate extracts of the culture filtrate of the fungal culture HA 137–89 yielded the two salicylic acid derivatives 1 and 2, as inhibitors of the binding of 35S-TBPS to the GABAA/benzodiazepine chloride channel receptor complex in vitro. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic and chemical methods.
