This paper provides a scheme of how the QUIC protocol works and analyzes the functioning of the QUIC protocol to strengthen the TCP protocol. A traffic filtering scheme by inserting a TCP pseudo-header and transmitting a stream with QUIC protocol support to minimize the loss of network packets is proposed.
