Аннотация

In order to develop an effective technology for the processing of gold ores of the Amantaytau deposit (in Uzbekistan), the material composition of respective samples has been studied. It has been identified that the main valuable component is gold, presented in nuggets. Flotation is used as the main processing method. Flotation experiments were carried out to select the best grinding size at various lime adding rates for the rougher flotation and to test the finishing of the goldcontaining concentrate with a single- and double-stage process and middlings return to the start of the process. The single-stage process yielded concentrates with 56 g/t of gold, 714 g/t of silver, 3% of arsenic and metal recoveries of 87.3, 56.2 and 93. 2 %, respectively. In order to establish the process parameters of closed-cycle double-stage flotation, experiments were conducted on a continuous process principle. In the bulk flotation of sulfides, experiments were carried out with the return of middlings. Due to the fine dissemination of gold-containing sulfides for their complete liberation in the continuous process-type experiments, grinding and flotation were carried out in two stages. In order to increase the gold grade in the concentrate, two cleaner flotation stages for the rougher flotation concentrate were included in the process. Based on the studies conducted, a double-stage flotation process with selective separation of the gold-sulfide concentrate is recommended for the processing of ores of the Amantaytau deposit. Ores with the grades of 5.1 g/t of gold and 9.4 g/t of silver rendered a sulfide concentrate containing 70 g/t of gold and 48 g/t of silver with the metal recovery of 93.5 and 46.6 %, respectively.
