HISTORICAL STUDIES IN THE PEDAGOGICAL TRAINING AND WAYS TO IMPROVE VOCATIONAL TRAINING

This article highlights the reforms undertaken by the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of higher education and the normative documents adopted in order to bring this sector to the international standards, state and society requirements for the quality of training, the tasks of the teaching profession. cut. The article also discusses the historical roots of the pedagogical profession: religious sources, al-Farabi, Ibn Sina, Kaikovus, and Alisher Navoi's views on the teaching profession, as well as training, lectures, and lectures on the formation of professional knowledge for future teachers. recommendations are given. The article teaches that the teaching profession is one of the oldest professions and cites one of the hardest professions in the profession.
