Аннотация

In children, endocrine and metabolic disorders are diagnosed using clinical practice by determining the age of skeletal bone. The North American Society of Radiology proposed the in-depth learning method proposed in this paper to assess bone age. These data included the initial set of 14,161 (mean age of patients, 132 months) of hand-detected radiographs and a set of validations consisting of 2975 images (mean age of patients, age of patients, and 162 months) of hand-detected radiographs; A group of validations consists of 2975 images (mean age of patients, 132 months). The introduction of a comprehensive preprocessing protocol by our approach in this study is based on the positive extraction technique. It was used to teach and predict images of the whole hand and specific parts of the hand. The proposed methods' performance evaluation was performed in the skeletal growth stages field. The approach proposed in this paper performs better in assessing bone age as compared with previously introduced models.
