Method for assessing the degree of reducing the heat-protective properties of the external walls of buildings
Аннотация
During operation, buildings and structures are exposed to the effects of various aggressive environments, both natural and man-made, leading to a change in the initial properties of the materials of their supporting and enclosing structures. Suppose the continuity of the outer walls is violated. In that case, significant heat losses occur, which contributes to the excessive consumption of fuel and energy resources to maintain a favorable microclimate in the premises. To optimize the timing of repair and restoration measures, a methodology for assessing the decrease in the heat-shielding properties of the outer walls of buildings during their operation is required. As a result of theoretical and experimental studies, such a technique has been developed, using as criteria the volumetric air flow through the fence with a filtered crack and the nature of the temperature fields on the inner surface of the outer fence.
