Аннотация

This article explores the innovative sustainable architecture of the Amphibious House in the UK, focusing on its ability to adapt to varying water levels due to flooding.By examining the integration of renewable energy systems, advanced materials, and flood resilience strategies, this study highlights how the Amphibious House serves as a model for sustainable living in flood-prone areas. The house's design not only mitigates the impact of floods but also incorporates energy-efficient systems such as solar panels, geothermal heat pumps, and mechanical ventilation heat recovery. This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the design principles, materials used, and the environmental benefits of the Amphibious House, positioning it as a pioneering example of sustainable architecture that addresses both climate change and urban resilience. The findings from this study underscore the importance of innovative architectural solutions in creating sustainable and resilient living environments.
