Аннотация

The article proposes methods of calculation of extended uncertainty in determining the silk worthiness of mulberry silkworm cocoons by the thickness of their shell. To determine the qualitative parameters of mulberry cocoons, non-destructive statistical methods are proposed. As a result of this, signals can be obtained by analyzing and processing, using mathematical methods and computer software, qualitative parameters such as volumetric rigidity of a cocoon sample, the silkiness of cocoons, degree of maturity of cocoons, thickness and density of a cocoon shell can be determined. Estimates of extended uncertainty are given, calculated based on the results of the study of mulberry silk cocoons from 2019 to 2021. A statistical study of the relationship between the average values of the silkiness of cocoons and extended uncertainty in their determination is given.
