Zr(Hf)-Oxanemagnesiumoxanealumoxanes as Precursors of Aluminum–Magnesium Ceramics

Аннотация

Zr(Hf)-oxanemagnesiumoxanealumoxane oligomers have been synthesized as precursors of modified aluminum–magnesium ceramics. Physicochemical properties of Zr(Hf)-oxanemagnesiumoxanealumoxanes and ceramic samples were studied. Computation models of group and elemental composition of oligomeric molecules of Zr(Hf)-containing magnesiumoxanealumoxanes have been proposed. It was proved by X-Ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) that the pyrolysis of metaloxanemagnesiumoxanealumoxanes at 1500°C led to formation of high-purity fine-crystalline ceramics of spinel composition modified by refractory metal oxides. It was shown that Zr(Hf)-oxanemagnesiumoxanealumoxanes are precursors of high-purity high-temperature stable aluminum–magnesium ceramics modified by zirconium or hafnium oxides.
