Mathematical and Information Model of Electronic Document Management System

In this paper, a mathematical and information model for the management of electronic documents in electronic document management systems has been developed. The model is built on the set of data (electronic documents) in the system and the events and properties of the electronic document that represent their relationship. To solve the problem of optimization, it is noted that the coefficients of the equation tend to minimize the function f(x <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">i,j</inf> ,y <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">i,j</inf> ,R <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">i</inf> ) in the constraints of electronic document values, and an important factor in obtaining from the database in the management of electronic document management system is the value of this information and its cost. The hierarchical view of the management structure of electronic document management systems is expressed and their mutual information exchange is proposed in the form of an information model (table).
