Аннотация

【Objective】 The objective of this study was to research the source areas of the white-backed planthopper(WBPH)(Sogatella furcifera(Horvath)),in Funing county,Yunnan province,and to provide a basis for early warning and effective control.【Method】 The spatiotemporal distribution of source areas of WBPH migration peaks was analyzed using HYSPLIT4.8(Hybrid Single-Particle Lagrangian Integrated Trajectory),a software package that simulates migration trajectories,and GrADS(Grid Analysis and Display System),a program for analyzing and displaying the synoptic meteorology background during the migration periods.【Results】 WBPH large-scaled immigrated in Funing in the early of May,and the immigration peaks were in the middle and late of May.The 2 000 m trajectories can simulate the immigration route effectively.【Conclusion】 The main source areas of the early immigration of WBPH in May were located in the middle of Myanmar,and partly at the north of Thailand and Vietnam.West and southwest wind carried massive numbers of WBPH into Funing,while the wind shear and the ceiling of the threshold temperature of flying WBPH associated with rainfall caused mass descent.
