On Raising Efficiency of Realization of Iterative Grouping Methods

The paper suggested the ways for efficient realization of iterative grouping algorithms based on elimination from consideration those initial partitions which undoubtedly do not produce new groups and a direct selection of objects which are the candidates for transition from one group into another.
