Аннотация

Abstract Currently, the shortage of water in our country is growing. This means that we must support every drop of water. At the same time, water management systems in advanced economies are used to measure and monitor water flow and water meters with different designs. Existing measurement and control systems have some drawbacks in energy saving. Therefore, the issue of improving water and energy saving water flow devices and rights management levels was considered.
