The integration of entrepreneurship within local neighborhoods in advanced countries has emerged as a pivotal avenue for driving economic growth and community progress. This research embarks on a comprehensive exploration of the foundational principles that underpin the successful assimilation of entrepreneurship into such contexts. By incorporating innovative business intelligent systems, the study also investigates the transformative potential of data-driven methodologies in this process. Through a mixed-methods approach, encompassing qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys, this research endeavors to establish a robust framework of principles and guidelines for effective entrepreneurship transfer. The qualitative facet engages domain experts in entrepreneurship, economic development, and technological integration, unraveling the intricate dynamics that dictate successful integration. Simultaneously, the quantitative phase gauges perspectives from entrepreneurs, residents, and stakeholders involved in community growth, offering a holistic view of the impact. Additionally, this study examines exemplary case studies of entrepreneurship integration projects within advanced countries, extracting invaluable insights and best practices. The research's contributions are threefold: firstly, it delineates the core principles guiding entrepreneurship integration; secondly, it underscores the potential of business intelligent systems as catalysts for innovation and efficiency; and finally, it offers empirical evidence of the socioeconomic impact of entrepreneurship integration on local communities. In essence, this research bridges the gap between traditional entrepreneurship principles and modern technological advancements, advocating for informed strategies that foster vibrant local entrepreneurship ecosystems and sustainable community development.
