In this work are shown the results of theoretical study of the interaction of the "tooth -saw -circumferential roller -feather -fire-bar" system of the saw cylinder of DP type fiber separation machines.The microgeometry of the saw tooth was determined, taking into account: the size of the seeds and the rotation angle of the feather, all the acting forces of the "tooth -saw -circumferential rollerfeather -fire-bar" system according to the technological and structural requirement of process of separation of the fiber and seeds.
