The article is devoted to the results of the study of operation parameters of the combined aggregate tilling working bodies. There is a resource-saving technology, which consists in the ridge sowing seeds of re-crops in cotton rows, after harvesting winter wheat crops for grain, which was sowing along the slopes of irrigation furrows. After harvesting cotton stems and planting filler crops of winter wheat, which falls on next year, the soil of the cotton ridge is loosened by strip-tilling, and in one pass of the aggregate, re-crops are sown in the cotton ridge. The development of constructive solutions and the improvement of the technical level of this machine were carried out within the framework of the intersectoral project with the financial support of the Ministry of Innovative Development and by order of the Ministry of Agriculture of Uzbekistan. Participation of research, design and testing institutions in the project made it possible to determine the directions for improving the technological process of work and substantiating the parameters of strip-tillage working bodies. For the technological scheme of the operation of combined aggregate, the types of working bodies are selected, the parameters of the plane-cutting disk, row crop tilling mill, chisel are justified, taking into account the features of the physical and mechanical properties of the soil of the fields used for sowing re-crops. The study of the kinematics and dynamics of the section of the working bodies made it possible to create its rational design and test it in the field. Comparative field tests of the unit were carried out using the traditional method of tillage for sowing in accordance with GOST 20915-11 and the new strip-tilling method, protected by the patent of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The developed scheme consists of 2 flat disc knives, a milling cutter and a universal chisel share with rational parameters on the row-crop cultivator beam. The certain density of the soil at the tops of the ridge on the slopes of the ridge and in the furrow is within 1.34 … 1.87 g / cm3, soil moisture at the same levels is 6.1 12.5%, hardness - within 2.48 … 3.01 MPa, the amount of plant residues on the surface of the field is up to 1.2 t / ha. The use of a combined unit equipped with the proposed working bodies reduces the direct costs of processing one hectare of the field by 33%.
