Аннотация

One of the utmost substantial indicators of water quality is Concentration of dissolved oxygen (DO). Human life and water species is contingent on it to persist. Human and water species cannot persist when the concentration of DO level iscondensed. This study is targeted to examine association amid level of DO and other aspects of water quality aspects of in water body (Nainital Lake) of Nainital district. Physico-chemical parameters of water quality such as BOD, pH and EC are used in research to study the level DO in water body (Nainital Lake) of Nainital district. Correlation analysis was performed in research to study the degree of association between Level of BOD, pH and EC on the level of DO in water body (Nainital Lake) of Nainital district. Results of multilinear regression concluded that BOD and EC pointedly contributed to the level of DO in water body (Nainital Lake) of Nainital district. Predicted values of level of DO follow the same pattern as the actual one.
