Keldysh problem for a mixed-type equation of the second kind with the Bessel operator

We use the spectral analysis method to establish a criterion for the uniqueness of the solution of a problem with incomplete boundary data for an equation of the mixed type with the Bessel operator. The solution is constructed in the form of the sum of a Fourier–Bessel series, and the convergence of this series in the class of regular solutions is justified.
