Аннотация

This paper studies the problems of the optimal combination of powers in autonomous combined electric power plants (CEPPs) based on solar photovoltaic (SPVP), wind (WEPP), and microhydro power plants (MHPP) using the criterion of power costs to the consumer taking into account the mode of receipt and consumption of energy. The technical-economic model and the program for calculating CEPPs with energy storage devices (ESDs) is developed, which allows one to determine CEPPs of minimum cost for given modes of generation and consumption (load) of energy. Optimal CEPPs will almost always be single or paired combinations; moreover, in some cases, the proportion of SPVPs reaches 100%. It was shown that CEPPs can provide the minimum cost of power in a wider range of modes of alternative energy sources (AESs) than individual SPVPs, WEPPs, or MHHPs. Generalized cost curves for power from SPVPs, WEPPs, and MHHPs depending on the potentials of AESs for three basic loading modes are given.
