Аннотация

This article presents the results of research on improving the quality of electricity consumed from the network by compensating the reactive power energy in the network and increasing the labor productivity of asynchronous motors. As a result of the experiment, it was found that by connecting the innovative device of automatic compensation of low voltage reactive power directly in parallel to the asynchronous motor, it is possible to improve the quality of electric current and increase the labor productivity of asynchronous motors. In this case, the active power of the electric energy consumed by the 75 kW asynchronous motor was saved by 14.76 kW per hour, and the reactive power was compensated by 7.23 kVar per hour, η<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">FIK</inf>=19,7% from cosφ =0,83 increased by 0,99. It has been shown that by properly compensating the reactive power, it is possible to save 7-35% of the current consumed from the network, depending on the cosφ, and increase the efficiency of the induction motor.
