Abstract The temperature dependence of the electrical resistivity and thermal conductivity of PrNi 5 is investigated. In the electrical resistivity at temperature around 10 K a slight anomaly indicating the crystal‐field effect on the resistivity is observed. The thermal conductivity shows a linear temperature dependence in the temperature range 0.5 to 20 K.
