Ceramic membranes with a selective layer based on highly dispersed TiO2 with surface strength and wholeness are obtained to evaluate prospects of using nanopowder materials formed by a gas-phase method in solar furnace. The gas permeability and the range of pore sizes of filter elements are measured.
