Аннотация

Abstract An abnormal behavior of the torque in the magnetite-maghemite system was found when studying the effect of physical composition on the magnetic anisotropy of the γ – Fe 2 O 3 – Fe 3 O 4 solid solution. The object of the study was thin epitaxial layers of oxides deposited on the surface (001) of a magnesium crystal Mg by chemical transport reactions.
