Organization of Monitoring in the Example of LMS Moodle

This study analyzes the experience of the Urgench branch of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khorezmi in the field of ensuring the quality of e-learning. The main emphasis was placed on assessing the quality indicators of educational materials and support for the educational process. The article explored the possibilities of managing these indicators using the MOODLE educational process management system, as well as basic tools and special services developed in the Urgench branch. The study authors analyzed data on the number of students registered in courses, their activity, and other parameters associated with educational units. Data on the structure and content of e-learning courses, as well as settings that may influence the quality of training, were reviewed. The study included an analysis of the activity of both students and teachers on the MOODLE platform. Assess intermediate student learning outcomes, such as grades on assignments, tests, and exams. Analyzing user support requests helped us understand user problems and needs and take appropriate action. The authors of the study developed a methodology for processing and analyzing the data obtained, which made it possible to make management decisions based on specific indicators of the quality of education. This analysis can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of e-learning at the university and increase the satisfaction of students and teachers.
