ANALYSING THE FUNCTIONING OF ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF INSTITUTIONAL REFORMS

The article considers the main problems of functioning of enterprises in the conditions of transformation of thenational economy of Uzbekistan. The functions performed by enterprises in the society are defined. The author identifiedthe essences, principles, methods and problems associated with the research of economic transformation and introduction of institutional reforms in the management systems of the company. The importance of the development of internaland external institutional environment is substantiated. Directions of development and reforming of enterprises to solvethe identified problems are proposed.
