Analysis of sewing equipment used in sewing highly elastic fabrics

In this article, choosing a suitable sewing needle and sewing machine is recommended when sewing appliqué details of various shapes and forms from rand fabric to highly elastic guipure fabric with the help of a series of decorative stitches. Correct selection of thread and needle, increase the size of the rand when sewing the samples, wavy unevenness, folds, seam strength, and quality of the seam were studied on the details of the appliqué. As a result, it was determined and analyzed that the seam's width depends on its quality. In the room of the sewing laboratory under the department of "Design and Technology of light industrial products" of the Namangan Institute of Engineering and Technology, samples of highly elastic guipure and rand fabrics were cut and sewn on sewing machines by forming a zigzag seam on sewing machines, the width and quality of the seam were studied and was analyzed.
