The dynamic structure factor, $S(Q, \ensuremath{\omega})$, for superfluid $^{4}\mathrm{He}$ at finite temperatures is described as the sum of two components: a "superfluid" component with a shape characteristic of $S(Q, \ensuremath{\omega})$ at $T=0$ and a weight $\frac{{\ensuremath{\rho}}_{s}}{\ensuremath{\rho}}$, and a "normal-fluid" component with a shape characteristic of $S(Q, \ensuremath{\omega})$ for nonsuperfluid $^{4}\mathrm{He}$ and a weight $\frac{{\ensuremath{\rho}}_{n}}{\ensuremath{\rho}}$.
