It is important to achieve high economic efficiency by improving the organizational and economic mechanisms of food industry enterprises. The food industry is one of the developing industries in our country. It is important to ensure the competitiveness of the industry, increase the share of exports, and organize the production of by-products instead of imported ones. It is crucial to use effectively high-yielding intensive technologies in the natural and climatic conditions of Uzbekistan.
