Socio-Historical and Logical-Epistemological foundations of the development of the art of dispute

The article analyzes the socio-historical and logical-epistemological foundations of the development of eristics as the art of dispute. Changes in the structure and paradigm of the phenomenon of dispute as an event occurring depending on socio-political needs, interests of life of each historical period are investigated.
