TA-14 Outcome Reality Governance Architecture: The Governance of Reality Verification After Execution and Before Outcome, New Reality, and the Next Chain
Аннотация
TA-14 Outcome Reality Governance Architecture is the architecture family within TA-14 that governs what must be true of post-execution reality before an outcome may be claimed, preserved, attributed, accounted, or carried into New Reality Governance. It extends Execution Governance by formalizing the post-action reality-verification layer required before Outcome Governance, New Reality Governance, and the next admissible chain may proceed. Version 1.2 integrates Outcome Consequence Verification Architecture, Outcome Survivability Science, Outcome Ecology Architecture, Outcome Contamination Architecture, Outcome Accountability Architecture, Outcome State Transition Science, and route-complete outcome-reality proof controls. Outcome Reality establishes that Execution creates action, but action alone does not prove outcome. Outcome Reality verifies whether the post-action world supports the claimed outcome. Core doctrine:No verified outcome reality. No admissible outcome. No admissible new reality. Boundary:Public architectural reference and governance research work. Not certification, legal opinion, compliance determination, security audit, regulatory approval, production validation, or endorsement.
