Аннотация

Root system and root system soil of Eucalyptus grandis have been ultrasonically extracted with hexane, and identified with gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer. The analysis results are as follows: root system contains 29 organic compounds of 9 different categories, including alkanes, alkenes, arenes, alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, anthraquinones, aromatic esters and naphthalene heterocycles;root system soil contains 22 components of 8 different categories, including alkanes, alkenes, arenes, alcohols, aromatic esters, alkenoic esters, lactones and cyanides. This exeperiment result proves that allelopathic substances exist in root system and its soil,so their allelopathy is worth studying. The research also indicates 17 same compounds exist both in root system and its soil, which may hint the compounds of root system soil come from root exudates of eucalyptus grandis, but the functioning mechanism should be further studied.
