The article presents experimental data obtained as a result of grain disinfection with a microwave field. The data were processed, and a regression model was obtained for the dependence of the temperature difference between the center and the surface of the kernel on the grain moisture, the specific power of the microwave field and the processing time. Based on the obtained results, the modes of operation of the microwave field sources necessary for the development of the automatic control system at the installation of grain disinfection are substantiated.
