Аннотация

Background The adoption of Administrative Empowerment (AE) holds significant promise for the Social Security Corporation in Jordan, promising to revolutionize decision-making processes, enhance operational efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction. Objective This study looks into how organizational effectiveness (ORC) affects the adoption of AI systems (AE) in Social Security Corporation. The three important E-Government are technology infrastructure (TI), regulatory framework (RF), and user competence and training (UCT). Methods Employing a quantitative approach, the study surveyed 178 employees from the Jordanian Social Security Corporation. Data analysis utilized structural equation modeling (SEM) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to test hypotheses, ensuring the reliability and validity of the data. Results The findings provided robust support for the relationships between TI, RF, UCT, and organizational effectiveness (ORC). Specifically, organizational effectiveness emerged as a significant mediating factor influencing the adoption of AE. However, certain direct relationships, such as ORC and AE, and the mediating role of organizational effectiveness in the RF and AE relationship, showed context-specific results and lacked significant support. Implications Organizational effectiveness plays a pivotal role in mediating the impact of key E-Government on AE adoption within the Jordanian Social Security Corporation.
