This article examines the qualification requirements imposed on prospective teachers within the context of contemporary pedagogical education and analyzes the structural components of design competence as a key professional capability. The study conceptualizes design competence as an integrative construct that combines cognitive, methodological, technological, and reflective components necessary for effective educational planning and implementation.
