Аннотация

Atmospheric air quality is a critical determinant of human health. Both communicable diseases (CDs) and non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are significantly influenced by exposure to polluted air. Fine particulate matter and other atmospheric pollutants contribute to a high global disease burden, accounting for millions of premature deaths annually. This review examines the etiological role of atmospheric air in disease development and transmission and outlines essential sanitary protection measures to mitigate health risks.
