Аннотация

This article analyses the legal and institutional role of collective agreements in modern labour law, with a focus on Uzbekistan. It argues that collective agreements function as a system-forming legal institution that translates constitutional labour rights into enforceable norms and integrates International Labour Organization (ILO) standards, particularly Conventions Nos. 87, 98 and 154, into national regulation.
