Аннотация

The development of speed–strength preparedness in 12–14-year-old students engaged in handball during the training process represents a relevant issue in contemporary sports science and pedagogy. In his Address to the Oliy Majlis, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Sh.M. Mirziyoyev, emphasized that establishing a healthy lifestyle in society and further popularizing physical education and sports constitute urgent national priorities. Special attention is given to the accelerated development of sports, encouragement and support of athletes achieving high results in international competitions, and the expansion of sports participation among the younger generation. In particular, the establishment of children’s and youth sports schools in even the most remote districts has been highlighted as a strategic objective.
